Please read our Refund, Return, Cancellation, and Privacy Policies carefully before placing an order on Try Toy.
A. Refund & Return Policy
Try Toy operates a strict no-return, no-exchange policy under normal circumstances. Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the specific situations described below.
5.1 Eligible Claims — Damaged or Wrong Product
A return or exchange request will only be considered if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
- The claim is raised within 24 hours of delivery.
5.2 How to Raise a Claim
To initiate a damage or wrong product claim, contact us within 48 hours and provide all three of the following:
- A clear 360° unboxing video of the product showing the damage or discrepancy. The video must be recorded at the time of opening the package. Requests without this video will not be processed.
- Your Order ID (found in your confirmation email).
- Clear photos of both the product and its packaging.
- Send details on Trytoystore@Gmail.com
- We will verify details and revert back to you within 48 Hrs.
Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
5.3 Non-Eligible Situations
The following situations are NOT covered under our return or exchange policy:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Product damage caused after delivery.
- Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims made without a 360° unboxing video.
6. No Warranty / No Guarantee
Try Toy does not offer any manufacturer's warranty or satisfaction guarantee beyond the damage/wrong-product policy described in Section 5. Products are sold as-is based on the descriptions provided on the product pages.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Please contact us immediately at trytoystore@gmail.com or +91 77-10-11-12-70.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
8. Limitation of Liability
Try Toy's liability is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.
B. Privacy Policy
We collect only the minimum information necessary to process your order. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose.

We limit our data collection strictly to what is necessary to fulfil your order:

Your name, address, and phone number are shared with our logistics/courier partners solely to fulfil your delivery. They are not permitted to use this data for any other purpose.
9.4 Policy Changes
Try Toy reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to our website. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
