Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with us. By completing a purchase on trytoy.com, you agree to the following terms.

2. Orders and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
  • Product availability is subject to stock. In the event an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹700.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines vary by location. Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Try Toy is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment

  • We accept online payments (UPI, cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
  • Try Toy does not store your payment details.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

We have a strict no-return, no-exchange policy under normal circumstances. However, we make an exception in the following cases:

5.1 Eligible Claims — Damaged or Wrong Product

A return or exchange request will only be considered if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
  • You raise the claim within 48 hours of delivery.

5.2 How to Raise a Claim

To initiate a damage or wrong product claim, you must provide:

  1. A clear 360° unboxing video of the product showing the damage or discrepancy. The video must be recorded at the time of opening the package — requests without this video will not be processed.
  2. Your Order ID.
  3. Clear photos of the product and its packaging.

Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

5.3 Non-Eligible Situations

The following are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • Product damage caused after delivery.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims made without a 360° video.

6. No Warranty / No Guarantee

Try Toy does not offer any manufacturer’s warranty or satisfaction guarantee beyond the damage/wrong-product policy described in Section 5. Products are sold as-is based on the descriptions provided on the product pages.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Please contact us immediately at trytoystore@gmail.com or +91 77101 21012.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Limitation of Liability

Try Toy’s liability is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your order (name, address, phone, email). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., courier partners).

10. Changes to These Terms

Try Toy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
